Here I am at a Hong Kong Restaurant ( Mix of Macau,Portuguese, and Chinese dishes ) about to eat a Pidgeon. Actually it was not bad. Bon Apetit. Taken 6-12-08. Stayed two days in Hong Kong before going to China ( Wuhan, in the Hubei Province ), where my wife and I will pick up our adopted little baby girl.
